Directions: Follow highway 20 through Cazenovia & Morrisville and look for signs for route 46. Exit off of 20 south onto 46 towards Hamilton. Follow 46, which turns into 12B south, into and through Hamilton. Approximately one mile south of town, make a right onto Middleport road (the first right south on 12B). Follow this to the 'T' and make a left. Follow this to another 'T' and make another left. Less than a mile on the right will be Briggs Rd. Follow Briggs Rd up the hill and once you reach the top, you'll see Peaceful Pines B&B and the driveway is straight ahead on your right.

Breakfast: Self-serve continental. You may arise at any time you wish or as your schedule demands. We will inquire as to your food preferences.

Check-in Time: Anytime after 3pm.
Please inform us as to your estimated time of arrival.

Check-out Time: By 11am.

Payment: A deposit is required on all reservations. Please note: We do not accept credit cards. ONLY CASH or CHECKS. Balance due upon arrival.

Cancellation: Less than a month notice forfeits deposit.
